Each assessment includes a full player profile review, match footage analysis, and a development trajectory evaluation, followed by a parent or player consultation. The process concludes with a clear outcome — Eligible, Not Yet, or Not Suitable — supported by a written summary and a 30–45‑minute consultation outlining next steps for those ready to progress.
